At **ZipLance**, we ensure secure and convenient payment options for our customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following payment terms:

We currently accept:
* **UPI** (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
* **Net Banking**
* **Wallet Payments**
* **Cash on Delivery (COD)** – available within our service area

### 2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
* COD is available for all orders within our delivery range.
* Customers must pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery.
* Refusal to accept COD orders may result in restriction from using this option in future.

### 3. Online Payments
* Online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
* ZipLance does **not store or share your banking/card details**.
* In case of failed transactions but money deducted, the refund will be processed by your bank/payment provider within **5–7 business days**.

### 4. Pricing & Billing
* All prices are listed in **Indian Rupees (₹)** and inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).
* Delivery charges are displayed before checkout.
* Once the order is confirmed, an electronic invoice will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

### 5. Refunds & Cancellations
* Refunds are only provided as per our **Refund & Return Policy**.
* For prepaid orders, refund will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card) within **5–7 business days** after approval.
