* Wrong item delivered

* Damaged item received

* Expired product delivered


⚠️ **Note:** We do **not accept returns or refunds** if the customer changes their mind after purchase.

### 2. Return/Refund Process


* You must contact us within **24 hours of delivery** with your **Order ID** and **photo proof** of the issue.

* Once verified, we will replace the product or issue a refund.

* Refund will be processed to your original payment method within **4–5 business days**.

* Perishable goods (unless damaged or expired on delivery)
