• We provide Same Day Delivery within 1 hour of order confirmation.

• Delivery time may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or high-demand situations.

📍 Delivery Area

• ZipLance currently delivers within a 3 km radius from our store location.

• Orders beyond this radius are not serviceable at the moment.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free Delivery on all orders above ₹299/.

• A small delivery fee of ₹20 applies to orders below ₹299.

🚫 Undelivered / Wrong Address

• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

• Re-delivery in such cases may attract additional charges.
